Sotheby’s will offer a 17.48-carat diamond ring at its upcoming Paris jewelry auction, where it is set to fetch up to EUR 500,000 ($546,106).
The pear-shaped, G-color, VS1-clarity diamond ring is scheduled to lead the March 26 Fine Jewelry sale, according to the auction house’s website. It’s one of 240 items to appear at the event, which also features colored diamonds, gemstones and a few other accessories such as handbags and cigarette cases.
The sale will incorporate pieces from well-known design houses, including Van Cleef & Arpels, Boucheron, Chaumet, and Cartier.
