De Beers has hiked the prices of small rough diamonds for the secont time in a row due to lack of supply and demand for small rough diamonds. Prices of small rough diamonds rose by an average of around 7 to 10 percent in the trading session. Price changes were mainly for the minus – 7 sieve size, which weighs about 0.03 carts. However, De Beers declined to comment on the increased prices.
