De Beers and GJEPC (Gem & Jewellery Export Promotion Council ) have announced a new strategic partnership aimed at streamlining the sourcing, marketing, and sale of natural diamond jewelry in India, according to Diamond World. The announcement was made during the IIJS exhibition in Mumbai.
The initiative, named INDRA (Indian Natural Diamond Retailers Alliance), will provide retailers with various tools, including AI-driven solutions for creating personalized campaigns, multilingual marketing resources, and in-depth training on natural diamond jewelry in local languages.
India, currently the world’s second-largest market for diamonds and jewelry, is projected to grow by over 40% by 2030, according to De Beers.
