Record Flawless Blue Topaz

The world’s largest flawless blue topaz measures 15 centimeters long and 10.5 centimeters wide and weighing around 2 kilograms, the polished stone was treated to give it a vivid blue color.

This stone is an excellent example of how humans have crafted beautiful and desirable object from the mineral specimens we find around us.

The Original rough was discovered 30 years ago by Max Ostro, an explorer, in Minas Gerais, Brazil.
